Cooking turkey

Hello everyone!

Today my stomack is absolutely full. This morning my husband stayed with the children and I went to a cooking class which was great. Our teacher who is an excellent chef and also an interesting, retired Stanford Physics professor suggested to learn something to prepare for Thanksgiving. We cooked turkey with sausage and sage stuffing with dried cranberries and toasted hazelnuts, wow! 😉

I enjoyed three things. First of all, to have a free morning for me, then to spend time with the cooking class’ teacher  who I think is a very interesting person to talk to, and last but not least, sharing lunch all together. It was a very nice and also different morning where I could also meet some people from Japan.

And this is what happened this morning…

First we prepared the turkey

The good thing of being a full time mum is that when you have a free morning you enjoy every moment as much as you can. Luckily I will have another class next month, yay!

Enjoy the weekend and the time you spend cooking and eating with your family, colleagues, friends…
